Gucci Stock Manager

1. Oversee all back-of-house tasks, activities, and projects to ensure operational excellence.
2. Monitor inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring accurate system updates using JDA.
3. Design and implement improvements for stock organization in collaboration with the operations team.
4. Manage merchandise replenishment between back-of-house and selling floor or remote stockroom locations.
5. Conduct comprehensive stock control, including inventories, ticketing, and price changes.
6. Ensure successful annual stock take and manage store shrinkage.
7. Handle logistics for packaging orders and uniforms.
8. Oversee logistics aspects of after-sale services.
9. Maintain back-of-house areas, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

1. Previous management experience in a warehouse or stockroom environment.

3. Proficiency in managing inventories and reconciling stock counts.
4. Computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
5. Strong organizational skills and ability to manage priorities.
6. Good product sensitivity and knowledge of market and fashion trends.

Previous management experience in a warehouse or stockroom environment is required.
