1. Oversee the stockroom to ensure accurate inventory management and support the selling process.
2. Execute shipping and receiving processes, addressing any issues with the Store Director or Operations Manager.
3. Ensure timely merchandise movement in compliance with procedures, including transfers and damages.
4. Maintain organized store inventory through cycle counts and scheduled inventories.
5. Develop strategies to increase efficiency and reduce operational costs.
6. Support the sales team to ensure an exceptional client experience.
7. Handle merchandise printing, ticketing, returns, and price adjustments.
8. Process repairs and damages according to company guidelines.
9. Assist with the physical maintenance of the boutique as needed.
10. Adhere to all company policies and procedures.

1. Minimum of 2-3 years of retail experience, preferably in luxury or contemporary settings.
2. Supervisory experience is advantageous.
