Gucci Senior Operations Controller

- Oversee the efficient operation of the stockroom to ensure accurate inventory management.
- Execute shipping and receiving processes, reporting issues to the Store Director or Operations Manager and resolving them promptly.
- Ensure timely merchandise movement, adhering to procedures for transfers, RTVs, and damages.
- Maintain an organized store inventory, conducting cycle counts and reconciliations.
- Support the sales team to enhance the client experience.
- Manage merchandise printing, ticketing, returns, and price adjustments.
- Process repairs and damages in accordance with company guidelines.
- Assist with the physical maintenance of the boutique as needed.
- Adhere to Gucci's standards in packing, handling, and storing merchandise.
- Participate in store initiatives and projects.
- Comply with all company policies and procedures.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of retail experience, preferably in luxury or contemporary settings.
- Supervisory experience is advantageous.
- Proficiency in written and verbal communication.
- Experience in retail or service-related industries is preferred.
- Ability to analyze information, prioritize business needs, and solve problems.
- High degree of integrity and strong work ethic.
- Capability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency with technology, including retail systems and shipping software.
- Ability to meet physical requirements such as climbing ladders and lifting boxes.
- Strong organizational and inventory management skills.

The base salary range for this position in New Jersey is estimated to be $27.00 to $28.00 per hour. Additional compensation may include commissions and participation in an incentive program, subject to performance.
