Gucci Senior Operations Controller

- Oversee the efficient operation of the stockroom to ensure accurate inventory management.
- Execute shipping and receiving processes, addressing any issues with the Store Director or Operations Manager.
- Ensure timely merchandise movement, adhering to procedures for transfers, RTVs, and damages.
- Maintain an organized store inventory through cycle counts and scheduled inventories.
- Support the selling process to enhance the client experience.
- Manage merchandise ticketing, returns, and price adjustments.
- Process repairs and damages in accordance with company guidelines.
- Assist with the physical maintenance of the boutique.
- Pack, handle, and store merchandise in line with Gucci standards.
- Participate in store initiatives and projects as required.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
- Minimum 2-3 years of retail experience, preferably in luxury or contemporary sectors.
- Supervisory experience is advantageous.
- Proficiency in written and verbal communication.
- Experience in retail or service-related industries is preferred.
- Ability to analyze information, prioritize business needs, and solve problems.
- High degree of integrity and strong work ethic.
- Capability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with internal retail systems and shipping software.
- Physical ability to meet job requirements, including climbing ladders and lifting boxes.

A reasonable estimate of the current base salary range is $26,000-$27,000, considering various factors such as skills, experience, and geographic location.
