Gucci Senior Operations Controller

1. Oversee and ensure the efficiency of the stockroom to maintain accurate inventory levels.
2. Execute shipping and receiving processes, addressing any issues with the Store Director or Operations Manager.
3. Facilitate the timely movement of merchandise, adhering to company procedures and guidelines.
4. Conduct and oversee store cycle counts and scheduled inventories with precision.
5. Develop strategies to increase operational efficiency and reduce costs.
6. Support the sales team to enhance the client experience.
7. Manage merchandise ticketing, returns, and price adjustments.
8. Process repairs and damages in accordance with company guidelines.
9. Assist with the physical maintenance of the boutique as needed.
10. Ensure merchandise is packed, handled, and stored according to Gucci standards.
11. Participate in store initiatives and projects as required.
12. Adhere to all company policies and procedures.

1. Minimum 2-3 years of retail experience, preferably in luxury or contemporary sectors.
2. Supervisory experience is advantageous.
3. Proficient in written and verbal communication.
4. Ability to analyze information and identify business priorities.
5. Strong integrity and work ethic.
6. Capability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
7. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
8. Familiarity with retail systems and shipping software.
9. Ability to meet physical requirements such as climbing ladders and lifting boxes.

Additional compensation may include commissions for eligible employees, subject to the commission program. Participation in an incentive program based on individual and organizational performance is also available.
