Gucci Senior Client Advisor

1. Supervise and guide Client Advisors on the sales floor, ensuring a customer-centric approach and driving sales performance.
2. Collaborate with the Team Manager to provide real-time coaching and feedback to achieve business and product category objectives.
3. Facilitate the development and growth of team members.
4. Ensure a consistent and branded onboarding experience for Client Advisors and facilitate training in collaboration with store management.
5. Act as a role model by delivering exceptional client service and exceeding client expectations.
6. Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of Gucci products, history, and heritage.
7. Attract new clients by serving as a Brand Ambassador and networking within the community.
8. Drive and exceed individual KPI goals through superior customer service and sales quality.
9. Perform floor leadership duties, including opening/closing the store and organizing floor coverage.
10. Maintain visual display standards in accordance with Gucci guidelines.
11. Support daily store operations in the absence of management.
12. Serve as the first point of contact for resolving complex client issues.

1. Sales management experience in retail, luxury retail, or a service-related industry preferred.
2. Bachelor’s Degree in a related field is preferred.
3. Proven ability to enhance customer experiences and build loyalty.
4. Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
5. Proficiency with Microsoft Office software, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
6. Strong industry awareness and business acumen.
7. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
8. Strong organizational skills.
9. Passion for the fashion industry.
10. Flexibility to work a retail schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
