Gucci Senior Client Advisor

- Supervise and guide Client Advisors to achieve high sales performance and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the Team Manager to provide real-time coaching and feedback.
- Assist in team development and growth initiatives.
- Ensure a consistent onboarding experience and facilitate training for Client Advisors.
- Deliver exceptional client service and act as a brand ambassador.
- Exceed individual KPI goals through superior customer service and sales quality.
- Perform floor leadership duties, including opening/closing the store and managing coverage.
- Maintain visual display standards in accordance with Gucci guidelines.
- Support daily store operations in the absence of management.
- Address and resolve client issues as the first point of contact.
- Sales management experience in retail, luxury retail, or a service-related industry preferred.
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field preferred.
- Proven ability to enhance customer experiences and build loyalty.
- Capability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong business acumen and industry awareness.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Passion for the fashion industry.

A minimum of 3-5 years in a sales management role within retail or luxury retail environments, demonstrating a track record of driving sales and enhancing customer experiences.
