1. Establish and nurture strong client relationships, ensuring a welcoming and valued experience from initial contact through exceptional service.

3. Achieve individual and team sales targets by monitoring KPIs and optimizing selling opportunities both in-store and remotely.
4. Promote open and constructive communication within the team, collaborating effectively and proposing viable solutions.
5. Contribute to a consistent and branded onboarding experience for new Client Advisors and assist in training facilitation in collaboration with store management.
6. Execute opening and closing procedures, including securing assets such as safe combinations and store keys.

1. Proven experience in a supervisory or senior role within the luxury fashion sector.
2. Strong commercial acumen with the ability to cultivate and maintain a client book.
3. Passion for fashion with a comprehensive understanding of luxury fashion products and trends.
4. High adaptability, excellent communication skills, and the ability to engage with diverse clientele.
5. Team-oriented mindset with the capability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
6. Fluency in English, with proficiency in an additional language preferred.
