2. Provide a personalized, client-focused experience to foster enduring relationships, drive repeat business, and enhance brand loyalty.
3. Monitor KPIs and maximize sales opportunities both in-store and remotely to achieve individual and team sales targets.
4. Facilitate open and constructive communication with team members, promoting collaboration and proposing effective solutions.
5. Support the onboarding process for new Client Advisors and assist in training facilitation in collaboration with store management.
6. Perform opening and closing procedures, including securing store assets such as safe combinations and keys.

1. Proven experience in a supervisory or senior role within the luxury fashion sector.
2. Strong commercial acumen and ability to develop and maintain a client book.
3. Passion for fashion with extensive knowledge of luxury fashion products and trends.

2. Team-oriented mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
3. Fluency in English, with proficiency in an additional language preferred.

Experience in a supervisory or senior position within luxury fashion is required.
