1. Supervise and guide Client Advisors on the sales floor to achieve optimal performance through a customer-centric approach.
2. Collaborate with the Team Manager to provide real-time coaching and feedback to meet business and product category objectives.
3. Facilitate the development and growth of team members.
4. Ensure a consistent and branded onboarding experience for Client Advisors and assist in training initiatives.
5. Deliver exceptional client service by acting as a role model and exceeding client expectations.
6. Maintain extensive product knowledge and promote Gucci's history and heritage.
7. Attract new clients by serving as a Brand Ambassador and networking within the community.
8. Drive and surpass individual KPI goals by ensuring superior customer service and sales quality.
9. Perform floor leadership duties, including opening/closing the store and managing floor coverage.
10. Support the visual merchandising of products according to Gucci standards.
11. Assist with daily store operations in the absence of management.
12. Serve as the first point of contact for resolving difficult client issues.

1. Sales management experience in retail, luxury retail, or a service-related industry preferred.
2. Bachelor’s Degree in a related field is preferred.
3. Proven ability to enhance customer experiences that build loyalty and deliver measurable results.
4. Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
5. Proficiency with Microsoft Office software including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
6. Strong industry awareness and business acumen.
7. Excellent verbal and written communication skills and organizational abilities.
8. Passion for the fashion industry.
9. Flexibility to work a retail schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Previous experience in sales management within retail, luxury retail, or a service-related industry is preferred.
