1. Supervise and guide Client Advisors to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales.
2. Collaborate with the Team Manager to provide real-time coaching and feedback to achieve business goals.
3. Facilitate the onboarding and training of Client Advisors, ensuring alignment with brand initiatives.
4. Act as a role model in client service, exceeding client expectations and building brand loyalty.
5. Manage floor operations, including opening and closing duties and ensuring visual merchandising standards.
6. Serve as the first point of contact for resolving client issues in the absence of management.

1. Sales management experience in retail, luxury retail, or a service-related industry.
2. Bachelor’s Degree in a related field preferred.
3. Proven ability to deliver positive customer experiences and measurable results.
4. Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
5. Proficiency with Microsoft Office software.
6. Strong business acumen and industry awareness.
7. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
