Gucci Senior Client Advisor

- Provide supervision and guidance to Client Advisors on the selling floor, ensuring a customer-centric approach and driving sales as a leader.
- Collaborate with the Team Manager to deliver real-time coaching and feedback to achieve business and product category goals.
- Facilitate the development and growth of team members.
- Ensure a consistent and branded onboarding experience for Client Advisors, facilitating training in collaboration with store management.
- Act as a role model by delivering exceptional client service and promoting Gucci's values and heritage.
- Attract new clients by networking within the community and acting as a Brand Ambassador.
- Drive and exceed individual KPI goals by maintaining high levels of customer service and sales quality.
- Perform floor leadership duties, including opening/closing the store and organizing floor coverage.
- Uphold the visual display of all products according to Gucci's visual standards.
- Support daily store operations in the absence of management.
- Serve as the first point of contact for resolving difficult client issues.
- Sales management experience in retail, luxury retail, or a service-related industry preferred.
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field is preferred.
- Proven ability to drive positive customer experiences that build loyalty and deliver measurable results.
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office software, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Strong industry awareness and business acumen.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and organizational abilities.
- Passion for the fashion industry.

Previous experience in sales management within retail, luxury retail, or a service-related industry is preferred.

A reasonable estimate of the current base salary range is $17.00 USD to $19.00 USD per hour.
