1. Supervise and guide Client Advisors on the sales floor to achieve high performance through customer-centric strategies.
2. Collaborate with the Team Manager to provide real-time coaching and feedback to meet business and product category objectives.
3. Assist in the professional development and growth of team members.
4. Ensure a consistent and branded onboarding experience for Client Advisors, facilitating training in collaboration with store management.
5. Act as a role model by delivering exceptional client service and promoting Gucci's values and heritage.
6. Attract new clients by serving as a Brand Ambassador and networking within the community.
7. Drive and exceed individual KPI goals through superior customer service and sales quality.
8. Perform floor leadership duties, including opening and closing the store and organizing floor coverage.
9. Contribute to maintaining the visual display of products according to Gucci standards.
10. Support daily store operations in the absence of management.
11. Serve as the first point of contact for resolving difficult client issues.

1. Sales management experience in retail, luxury retail, or a service-related industry preferred.
2. Bachelor’s Degree in a related field preferred.
3. Proven ability to drive positive customer experiences that build loyalty and deliver measurable results.
4. Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
5. Proficiency with Microsoft Office software including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
6. Industry awareness and strong business acumen.
7. Strong verbal and written communication skills and excellent organizational skills.
8. Passion for the fashion industry.
9. Flexibility to work a retail schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Previous experience in sales management within retail, luxury retail, or a service-related industry is preferred.
