Gucci Personal Assistant

1. Manage comprehensive travel arrangements for the President, covering South Asia & Pacific and Korea markets, as well as other travelers including department managers and ad hoc staff.
2. Coordinate and organize meetings, prepare presentation slides, and compile detailed reports.
3. Compile and manage sales reports, travel-related expenses, claims, and invoices.
4. Oversee stationery and pantry requisitions to ensure office supplies are adequately stocked.
5. Liaise with contractors, vendors, and building management regarding office and boutique renovations and leases.
6. Support the organization of company events such as Family Day and Dinner & Dance.
7. Supervise the Receptionist cum Administrative Assistant to ensure smooth office operations.
8. Provide ad-hoc administrative support and manage office duties as required.

1. Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
2. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
3. Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and meet deadlines.
4. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within the luxury fashion industry or a related field.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
