Gucci Operations Manager

- Lead and develop operational excellence across all store functions.
- Evaluate and enhance operations with a commercial focus, proposing strategic improvements.
- Train new hires and existing staff on operational policies and procedures.
- Coach and develop team members in operations, customer service, and sales support.
- Liaise with corporate departments such as Operations, Inventory Planning, and Accounts Payable.
- Serve as a leader to the store team, partnering with the Store Director to execute operational and service standards.
- Create a positive and cohesive work environment.
- Function as Manager on Duty, assisting with floor coverage, client purchases, and store opening/closing.
- Support shipping and receiving processes, resolving issues as they arise.
- Ensure timely merchandise movement and adherence to procedures.
- Oversee store inventory accuracy, including cycle counts and reconciliations.
- Identify and resolve operational process issues promptly.
- Maintain clear and accurate operational documentation.
- Communicate discrepancies and issues to management immediately.
- Process repairs and damages according to company guidelines.
- Assist with the physical maintenance of the boutique.
- Order supplies for the office and store as needed.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of operations experience in retail, luxury retail, or service-related industry, preferably in a supervisory role.
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to analyze information, identify business priorities, and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office software, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Experience with internal retail systems and shipping software programs.
- Ability to train new Operations Managers and support teams in other locations.
- Willingness to travel and assist in store openings, closures, and remodels.

Candidates must have a minimum of 5-7 years of operations experience in retail, luxury retail, or a service-related industry, preferably in a supervisory role.
Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
A reasonable estimate of the current base salary range is $75,000 USD to $85,000 USD.
