Gucci Operations Manager

1. Lead and develop the store operations team to ensure operational excellence.
2. Oversee efficient stockroom management and accurate inventory control.
3. Support the selling process to provide exceptional client service.
4. Evaluate operations with a commercial mindset and propose strategic improvements.
5. Train new hires and existing staff on operating policies and procedures.
6. Liaise with corporate departments such as Operations, Inventory Planning, and Accounts Payable.
7. Serve as a leader to the store team, partnering with Store Director to execute operational standards.
8. Manage the shipping and receiving process, resolving issues promptly.
9. Ensure accurate and organized store inventory through cycle counts and scheduled inventories.
10. Communicate discrepancies and issues to management immediately.
11. Assist with physical maintenance of the boutique and order supplies as needed.

1. Minimum of 5 - 7 years of operations experience in retail, luxury retail, or a service-related industry, preferably in a supervisory role.
2. Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
3. Work authorization in the United States.

1. Excellent written and communication skills.
2. Ability to analyze information and identify business priorities.
3. Proficiency with Microsoft Office software.
4. Strong organizational skills.
5. Experience with internal retail systems and shipping software.
6. Ability to train and develop staff.

5 - 7 years of operations experience in retail, luxury retail, or service-related industry, preferably in a supervisory role.

Bachelor’s Degree preferred.

Base salary range: $99,000 USD to $110,000 USD, with eligibility for an incentive program.
