Gucci Operations Manager

- Lead and develop the store operations team to ensure operational excellence.
- Oversee efficient stockroom management and accurate inventory control.
- Support the selling process to provide exceptional client service.
- Evaluate operations with a commercial mindset and propose strategic improvements.
- Train new hires and existing staff on operating policies and procedures.
- Liaise with corporate departments such as Operations, Inventory Planning, and Accounts Payable.
- Serve as a leader to the store team, partnering with Store Director to execute operational standards.
- Manage the shipping and receiving process, resolving issues promptly.
- Ensure accurate and organized store inventory through cycle counts and scheduled inventories.
- Communicate discrepancies and issues to management immediately.
- Assist with physical maintenance of the boutique and order supplies as needed.
- Minimum of 5 - 7 years of operations experience in retail, luxury retail, or a service-related industry, preferably in a supervisory role.
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
- Work authorization in the United States.
- Excellent written and communication skills.
- Ability to analyze information and identify business priorities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office software.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Experience with internal retail systems and shipping software.
- Ability to train and develop staff.
5 - 7 years of operations experience in retail, luxury retail, or service-related industry, preferably in a supervisory role.
Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
Base salary range: $99,000 USD to $110,000 USD, with eligibility for an incentive program.
