Gucci Operations Controller

1. Oversee efficient stockroom operations and maintain accurate inventory records.
2. Execute shipping and receiving processes, resolving any issues promptly.
3. Ensure timely merchandise movement and adherence to procedures, including transfers, RTVs, and damages.
4. Maintain clear operations documents and procedures for reference.
5. Submit all 8300 and tax-exempt forms as received.
6. Communicate discrepancies and issues immediately to management.
7. Process repairs and damages in accordance with company guidelines.
8. Assist with the physical maintenance of the boutique.
9. Order necessary supplies for the office and store.
10. Ensure compliance with company standards, procedures, and security guidelines.
11. Oversee store cycle counts, scheduled inventories, and reconciliation.

1. Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
2. 1 year of administrative or stock experience, preferably in a luxury environment.
3. Qualified candidates must have the proper work authorization to work in the United States.

1. Proficiency in internal retail systems and shipping software.
2. Strong attention to detail and multitasking ability.
3. Familiarity with Microsoft Word and Outlook.
4. Excellent communication skills.
5. Ability to meet physical requirements, including climbing ladders and lifting boxes.
6. Flexibility to work a retail schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

A minimum of 1 year of administrative or stock experience, preferably within a luxury retail environment.

Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
