Gucci Inventory Planner

- Manage allocation strategy for the US and Canada markets, encompassing over 100 points of sale.
- Drive stock deployment at launch and coordinate distribution to stores through auto-replenishment.
- Collaborate with Inventory Planning leaders to develop processes supporting a hyper-localized inventory distribution approach.
- Ensure regional and global stock strategies align with Months of Supply (MOS) targets and enhance sell-through rates.
- Monitor stock levels in-store and online, ensuring availability during peak periods.
- Initiate reverse logistics as needed, following product lifecycle and conducting long-tail analysis.
- Evolve processes and tools with the Supply Chain community to optimize cross-category inventory management.
- Lead launch planning and guide Inventory Planning execution based on forecasted and actualized receipts.
- Support cross-departmental planning with Omni Merchandising, Marketing, Supply Chain, Operations, and Retail and Digital teams.
- Develop replenishment and model stock processes to identify efficiency opportunities.
- Create stock allocation strategies based on historical sales and seasonal potential.
- Collaborate with Merchandising Manager and retail managers to understand market dynamics and needs.
- Communicate effectively with retail teams and leadership regarding client needs and inquiries.
- Provide visibility to logistics and stores about new product characteristics to optimize warehouse organization.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, analytics, merchandising, or a related field; MS or MBA preferred.
- 1-2 years of experience in Demand Planning, Production Planning, Assortment Planning, or Analytics.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and/or SAP.
- Experience with size analysis and category management preferred.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under deadlines.
- Exceptional problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.

- Ability to influence cross-functional leaders.
1-2 years in Demand Planning, Production Planning, Assortment Planning, or Analytics, with a focus on deep analytical and financial analysis.
Bachelor’s degree in business, analytics, merchandising, or related field; MS or MBA preferred.
A reasonable estimate of the current base salary range is $70,000 to $75,000.
