1. 2+ years of experience in luxury fashion sales or a similar customer service role.
2. Proven ability to drive and exceed individual and store sales targets.

4. Flexibility to work retail schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
5. Deep knowledge and passion for fashion and luxury.
6. Excellent commercial awareness and client-focused attitude.
7. Strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

A reasonable estimate of the current base salary range is $19.00 per hour.
