- Achieve or exceed monthly and seasonal individual and store sales goals.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by exceeding client expectations and demonstrating extensive product knowledge.
- Drive and surpass individual KPI goals through superior customer service and sales quality.
- Capture and manage meaningful customer data using CRM tools to build relationships and personalize client development.
- Maintain an organized client book and provide regular follow-up on sales and client requests.

- Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
- 3+ years of experience in luxury fashion sales or a similar customer service role.
- Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets and build lasting customer relationships.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Team-focused with a collaborative spirit.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

A minimum of 3 years in luxury fashion sales or a similar customer service environment is required.

Base salary range of $19.00 to $21.00 per hour, with potential participation in an incentive program based on performance.
