1. Achieve or exceed monthly and seasonal individual and store sales goals, enhancing and developing the business.
2. Provide exceptional customer service by exceeding client expectations and demonstrating excellent product knowledge and understanding of Gucci's history and heritage.
3. Drive and exceed individual KPI goals by ensuring the highest level of customer service and quality of sales.
4. Capture meaningful customer data using CRM tools to build relationships and personalize future client development opportunities.
5. Maintain an active, accurate, neat, and organized client book, regularly contacting clients and providing appropriate follow-up.
6. Discuss with clients and advise on general trends in the fashion world and developments in the luxury market.
7. Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure a consistent and exceptional experience and contribute to a positive working environment.
8. Maintain security standards within the store to ensure the safety of customers, colleagues, and merchandise.
9. Uphold the visual display of all products in accordance with Gucci visual standards.
10. Maintain a neat and organized understock and stock room.
11. Adhere to Gucci image standards and guidelines.
12. Follow all company policies and procedures.

1. Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
2. 3+ years of luxury fashion sales experience, preferably in a similar role or customer service setting.
3. Proven ability to drive and exceed individual and store results and build lasting relationships with customers and colleagues.
4. Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
5. Strong organization and follow-up skills.
6. Accuracy and attention to detail.
7. Team-focused with a desire to collaborate effectively.
8. Ability to work in a fast-moving and dynamic environment.
9. High flexibility and ability to adapt to different customers.
10. Ability to work a flexible schedule based on business needs, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
