4. Monitor and update customer information using company CRM tools to retain existing customers and identify new potential clients.
5. Ensure cross and up-selling across all product categories.

8. Manage the visual display of products in line with Gucci's visual standards.
9. Ensure product replenishment and conduct physical inventory of merchandise.

3. Experience in face-to-face customer service.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Fluency in Spanish and English.
6. Willingness to work retail hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
