2. Advise customers on fashion trends and luxury market developments, showcasing a passion for fashion and luxury.
3. Build and strengthen relationships with customers, accommodating diverse nationalities and personalities.
4. Monitor and update customer information using company CRM tools to retain existing customers and identify potential new ones.
5. Ensure cross-selling and up-selling across all product categories.
6. Achieve individual and store sales goals, contributing to business development.
7. Foster open communication with team members, collaborating and proposing effective solutions.
8. Manage visual display of products in line with Gucci's visual standards.
9. Ensure product replenishment and conduct physical inventory of merchandise.

1. Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
2. Experience in face-to-face customer service.
3. Fluency in Spanish and English.
