1. Achieve individual and team sales targets and KPIs by leveraging data and systems to enhance performance and identify sales opportunities.
2. Utilize cross-selling and upselling techniques to maximize sales potential.
3. Create an engaging and emotional client experience, providing exemplary service in line with hospitality guidelines.
4. Proactively engage and build strong relationships with clients, ensuring they feel valued upon entering the store.
5. Combine styling expertise with product knowledge to best serve clients.
6. Develop and expand both local and international client bases, focusing on recruiting and nurturing top clients.

1. Some experience in a high-end luxury fashion brand or hospitality environment.
2. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing client relationships.
3. Passion for and extensive knowledge of Gucci and luxury fashion.
4. Ability to work productively in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
5. Fluency in English; additional languages are advantageous.
6. Flexibility to work varied hours and days, including weekends.
