1. Achieve or exceed monthly and seasonal sales goals for both individual and store performance.
2. Deliver exceptional customer service by exceeding client expectations and demonstrating extensive product knowledge.
3. Drive individual KPI goals through superior customer service and sales quality.
4. Capture and utilize meaningful customer data to build relationships and personalize client interactions.
5. Maintain an organized client book and provide regular follow-up on sales and client requests.
6. Advise clients on fashion trends and developments in the luxury market.

8. Ensure store security standards are maintained for the safety of customers, colleagues, and merchandise.

1. Ability to maintain regular and reliable attendance with a flexible schedule, including weekends.
2. 1+ years of service-related work experience.
3. Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
4. Proficiency with technology.
5. High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Competitive hourly wage plus base commission.
