1. Ensure the implementation of the company's commercial policy and guarantee the quality of customer data entered into the management and monitoring tools.
2. Assist in the implementation of electronic invoicing.
3. Enter and update necessary elements for electronic invoicing in commercial management tools.
4. Monitor payments and manage the collection of customer receivables.
5. Handle disputes through email and phone communication.

1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent in commerce, management, or languages.
2. Proven experience in a similar role is preferred.

4. Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.

Salary range of €26,000 to €30,000, depending on experience.
