- Validate print proofs and final prints.
- Prepare and send freelance summaries and author invoices monthly.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Meticulous attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work autonomously.
- Proficiency in editing.
- Familiarity with the art industry is advantageous.
- Strong editorial and proofreading skills.
- Proficiency in layout software, particularly Swyp.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.
- Strong communication skills.
