1. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards, implementing best practices.
2. Manage capacity to deliver cased goods supply on time.
3. Collaborate with the Production and Supply Chain Director on the strategic manufacturing plan for future growth.
4. Deliver Operational Excellence and sustainable production strategies.
5. Optimize resources to meet production demands and maintain cost-effective operations.
6. Develop and monitor KPIs to improve manufacturing performance and efficiency.
7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless integration of processes.
8. Manage and develop the Bottling Production leadership team.
9. Set challenging KPIs to drive continuous improvement.
10. Lead projects to enhance production team and site efficiency.

1. Experience in a manufacturing environment, ideally with bottling experience.
2. CI/Operational Excellence expertise.
3. At least 5 years of management responsibility with a proven track record in team development.
4. Extensive problem-solving skills and ability to engage and lead a team.
5. Effective communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
