- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards, implementing best practices.
- Manage capacity to deliver cased goods supply on time.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless integration of processes.
- Manage and develop the Bottling Production leadership team.
- Set challenging KPIs to drive continuous improvement.
- Lead projects to enhance production team and site efficiency.
- Experience in a manufacturing environment, ideally with bottling experience.
- CI/Operational Excellence expertise.
- At least 5 years of management responsibility with a proven track record in team development.
- Extensive problem-solving skills and ability to engage and lead a team.
