1. Lead and inspire the store team to deliver exceptional brand experiences to every client.
2. Identify, recruit, and develop talent, ensuring robust succession plans in collaboration with HR and regional leadership.
3. Organize and delegate responsibilities efficiently according to business needs.
4. Translate strategic goals into actionable objectives for the team.
5. Set and manage team and individual performance targets to achieve store goals.
6. Cultivate a positive work environment that empowers the team and encourages innovation.
7. Develop and maintain a customer-centric mindset to enhance client relationships and retention.
8. Maximize the potential of all product categories through strategic merchandising and clienteling initiatives.
9. Ensure compliance with operational standards and propose improvements as needed.
10. Monitor and manage store expenses, partnering with Finance to review monthly P&L.
11. Oversee health and safety management, loss prevention, and risk management.
12. Control stock loss and conduct effective stock audits.

1. Extensive experience in managing flagship boutiques within the luxury goods sector.
2. Existing international clientele network.
3. Proven experience in managing VIP client events.

1. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
2. Outstanding customer service orientation.
3. Commercial creativity with a strong fashion sensitivity.
4. Strong knowledge of fashion trends, particularly in the RTW product division.
5. Fluency in a second language is preferred.

Minimum of 5 years in a similar role within the luxury retail sector.

Master's degree is desirable.
