1. Consistently achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
2. Maintain personal accountability for individual performance objectives.
3. Apply an omni-channel approach to recommend merchandise across all channels.
4. Stay abreast of current market trends and competitors.
5. Maintain comprehensive product knowledge across all categories to best serve client preferences.
6. Demonstrate and implement the Givenchy Selling philosophy and ceremony.
7. Mentor and train new hires, fostering team collaboration.
8. Embody the Givenchy brand in every customer interaction with passion and enthusiasm.
9. Deepen and develop relationships with clients to drive lifetime loyalty and spend.
10. Cultivate new and existing guests through personalized communication.
11. Capture customer data through client discovery.
12. Implement best practices to optimize hospitality and store amenities.
13. Drive business by being a styling visionary of seasonal product and key business essentials.
14. Take proactive actions on client feedback.
15. Identify loyal clients’ passions and social involvement to create CSR opportunities.
16. Perform other duties as assigned, including operations, visual merchandising, aftercare, and inventory control.
17. Adhere to all company policies and procedures.

1. 3-5 years of experience in retail, hospitality, or a related industry.
2. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
3. Excellent verbal, written, and listening communication skills.
4. Strong presentation skills.
5. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, Outlook, and Zoom.
6. Experience managing multiple commitments diplomatically.
7. Key Holder experience.
8. Multilingual abilities are a plus.
