Givenchy Sales Advisor

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, assisting them in selecting suitable products while offering expert advice.
- Introduce and recommend complementary products, sharing in-depth product knowledge.
- Process sales transactions confidently and professionally, maintaining client relationships.
- Collect and manage client CRM details to build a comprehensive client book and ensure personalized follow-up.
- Maintain store standards, adhering to visual merchandising guidelines to promote the Givenchy image.
- Exceed behavioral requirements, including dress code and appearance guidelines set by management.

- Minimum of 3 years' experience in sales within a high fashion environment.
- Experience in a flagship store in luxury fashion is preferred.
- Experience in selling leather goods or ready-to-wear with an understanding of craftsmanship and quality.
- Strong business acumen with experience in retail KPIs.
- Genuine interest in fashion and the Givenchy brand.
- Hardworking and committed to achieving/exceeding targets.
- Ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team.
- Excellent personal presentation as a Givenchy Brand Ambassador.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Fluency in English and Arabic is essential; additional languages are advantageous.
A minimum of 3 years in a high fashion sales environment, preferably within a flagship luxury store.
