1. Welcome and assist international clients, ensuring eligibility for tax refunds by verifying passports, visas, and purchase amounts.
2. Guide clients through the tax refund process using automated systems and provide information on store offers and services.
3. Input client details and purchase information into tax refund systems, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
4. Explain customs procedures related to tax refunds, including necessary steps for the Pablo process in France and customs visas upon exiting the European Union.
5. Report any client-reported issues to the Administrative Department within the Tax Refund service.

1. Fluency in English and Mandarin.

Previous experience in customer service, preferably within the luxury retail sector, is advantageous.

Fixed salary of €1,845 gross per month, with a potential variable bonus up to €237 gross per month, plus a thirteenth month salary.
