Galeries Lafayette Quality Assurance Assistant

- Analyze and utilize data from the laboratory, control cabinet, and digital self-monitoring tools to work on restaurant indicators.
- Monitor action plans for various sales points as overseen by the quality service.
- Update the digital PMS system.
- Maintain and update the EUROFINS audit grid and its reference framework.
- Support the quality manager in all tasks.
- Oversee the progression of quality events such as recalls, alerts, and inspections.
- Participate in the implementation of the Quality System Review.
- Ensure structured and effective periodic analysis of the quality system.
- Maintain compliance with applicable standards and regulations.
- Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
- Currently enrolled in a second-year BTS/IUT program specializing in agro-industry/food quality management.
- Agility in learning and adapting to new challenges.
- Action-oriented with a proactive approach to new challenges.
- Proficiency in technology and anticipation of innovations.
- Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite or equivalent.
No prior experience required, but a background in quality management studies is essential.
Currently pursuing a BTS/IUT in agro-industry/food quality management.
