1. Prepare culinary dishes in accordance with technical sheets and company-defined processes.
2. Provide expertise to the head chef and kitchen assistants in the preparation of dishes, including cooking and fish preparation.
3. Adhere to hygiene and safety regulations concerning equipment, foodstuffs, and work attire.
4. Assist in the development of new menus by collaborating directly with the manager.
5. Manage stock and supply for the section, including food storage, receipt and verification of deliveries, inventory management, and forecasting necessary products for culinary preparation.
6. Ensure the quality of cooked dishes and the work done in preparation for cooking.
7. Contribute creatively to the evolution of recipes.

Compensation includes a 13-month salary structure and a variable component up to €237 gross per month.
