1. Participate in store opening and closing operations.
2. Ensure the safety of individuals and property.
3. Conduct continuous monitoring to prevent known and unknown shrinkage.
4. Guarantee compliance with all alarm, video surveillance, and remote monitoring systems.
5. Supervise security teams and act as a liaison for the Operations Manager.
6. Propose improvements for security and safety measures during events.
7. Manage and track incident reports and legal complaints.
8. Oversee all security-related matters for employees and the store in coordination with the building's Security Control Center.
9. Organize evacuation drills.
10. Regularly train and sensitize staff, ensuring the availability of protective equipment.
11. Secure merchandise and ensure the store's overall security.
12. Develop and update security procedures.
13. Supervise security teams and maintain daily oversight of security service providers.

1. Possession of a valid professional card and up-to-date SSIAP2 certification.
2. Significant experience (5 to 10 years) in a similar role.
3. Background in security or law enforcement (Police/National Gendarmerie).
4. Strong understanding of legal regulations regarding safety, security, maintenance, and technical aspects.

Fixed salary over 13 months, with a potential annual bonus up to one month's gross salary. Variable remuneration up to €150 gross based on monthly store sales performance.
