- Design, develop, and optimize CRM campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Data Cloud.
- Implement multichannel PULL journeys related to prospecting, purchasing, retention, and re-engagement.
- Customize PUSH communications for events, commercial operations, and local trade.
- Define and conduct A/B testing on targeting, content, and channels for continuous performance optimization.
- Collaborate with various departments to construct 360° CRM campaigns integrating the website and social media.
- Identify CRM team constraints and recommend necessary adaptations to CRM teams and IT department.
- Ensure the relevance of journeys and dynamic personalization of PUSH and PULL communication content.
- Minimum of 3 years of significant experience in a similar role.
- Proficiency in Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Data Cloud.
- Experience in client segmentation, campaign configuration, and journey orchestration.
- Ability to code and customize solutions using AMPScript and SQL.
- Technological adeptness and enthusiasm for innovation.
- Strong team engagement and motivational skills.
- Client-oriented with the ability to build trustful relationships and provide personalized experiences.
At least 3 years of significant experience in a similar CRM role.
Fixed annual gross salary between €55,000 and €65,000, paid over 13 months.
