Fresh Retail Operations Executive

- Facilitate seamless communication with retail staff to manage daily operations, including stock takes, goods delivery and transfer, store maintenance, and system error resolution.
- Accurately prepare and analyze various business performance reports.
- Execute payroll calculations, including roster verification, commission, incentives, and allowances.
- Collaborate with demand planning and warehousing teams to ensure optimal stock replenishment and minimize stockouts.
- Handle invoice settlements efficiently.
- Assist in developing and implementing operational policies and procedures to enhance business efficiency.
- Coordinate with relevant departments to communicate and implement changes.
- Serve as the primary contact for retail system inquiries.
- Support retail projects, including store renovations and customer events.
- Manage the operational budget and control expenses.
- Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in the retail beauty industry.
- Proficiency in computer applications, with advanced Excel skills preferred.
- Strong numerical aptitude, patience, and attention to detail.
- Comprehensive understanding of retail systems, operations, and basic merchandising principles.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in spoken and written English and Chinese.
A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in the retail beauty industry is required.
