1. Facilitate communication with retail staff to manage daily operations including stock management, goods delivery, and store maintenance.
2. Prepare accurate business performance reports.
3. Calculate payroll, including roster verification, commissions, incentives, and allowances.
4. Collaborate with demand planning and warehousing teams to ensure stock replenishment and minimize stockouts.
5. Handle invoice settlements.
6. Assist in the development and implementation of operational policies and procedures.
7. Coordinate with departments to communicate changes effectively.
8. Serve as a key contact for retail system inquiries.
9. Support retail projects, including store renovations and customer events.
10. Manage operational budgets and expenses.

1. Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in the retail beauty industry.

1. Advanced computer literacy, particularly in Excel.
2. Strong numerical aptitude and attention to detail.
3. Comprehensive understanding of retail systems and operations.
4. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
5. Proficiency in spoken and written English and Chinese.

A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in the retail beauty industry is required.
