1. Facilitate seamless communication with retail staff to ensure efficient day-to-day operations, including stock management, goods delivery, and store maintenance.
2. Prepare accurate business performance reports.
3. Oversee payroll calculations, including roster verification, commissions, incentives, and allowances.
4. Collaborate with demand planning and warehousing teams to optimize stock replenishment and minimize stockouts.
5. Manage invoice settlements efficiently.
6. Assist in the development and implementation of operational policies and procedures to enhance business efficiency.
7. Coordinate with various departments to communicate and implement operational changes.
8. Act as a key contact for retail system inquiries.
9. Support retail projects, including store renovations and customer events.
10. Manage the operational budget and control expenses.

1. Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in the retail beauty industry.
2. Proficiency in computer applications, with advanced knowledge of Excel preferred.
3. Strong numerical aptitude, attention to detail, and patience.

1. Comprehensive understanding of retail systems and operations, including basic merchandising principles.
2. Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
3. Proficiency in spoken and written English and Chinese.

Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in the retail beauty industry is required.

Bachelor's degree required.
