Fresh Area Sales and Education Executive

- Achieve sales goals in the designated territory through strategic call cycles and event planning.
- Manage freelance and travel budgets effectively to support the assigned territory.
- Conduct in-store training sessions at Sephora, Ulta, and Nordstrom, aligning with Retailer Brand expectations.
- Plan and execute in-store events in line with brand initiatives, meeting sales, productivity, and MOB targets.
- Collaborate with store management for optimal visual placement in-store.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships at store level with Beauty Advisors, Store Leadership, District Managers, Beauty Stylists, and Department Managers.
- Train Fresh selling specialists and store personnel on new product launches and core product categories, including Ulta Selling Specialists, Nordstrom employees, and Sephora Beauty Advisors.
- Ensure Fresh homebays, counters, endcaps, and towers meet Fresh merchandising standards.
- Foster strong partnerships with Retailer Teams and Clients by providing in-store service and support.
- Communicate regularly with the Field team regarding brand opportunities for additional training, events, or employee support.
- Maintain a regular call cycle to stores, effectively managing schedule and travel.
- Utilize company reports and tools to create customized in-store strategies related to employee training and selling experience.
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in the beauty industry
- Experience in Sephora, Ulta, and Nordstrom environments preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proactive approach in client engagement and brand promotion
- Ability to motivate others and work collaboratively
- Flexibility in work hours to meet job objectives
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite
A minimum of 3 years in the beauty industry, with a preference for experience within Sephora, Ulta, and Nordstrom environments.
Bachelor's Degree preferred
The salary range for this role is $80,000 - $95,000 USD.
