Fresh Area Sales and Education Executive

1. Achieve sales targets within the designated territory through strategic call cycles and event planning.
2. Manage freelance and travel budgets effectively to support the territory.
3. Conduct in-store training at Sephora, Ulta, and Nordstrom, aligning with Retailer Brand expectations.
4. Plan and execute in-store events in line with brand initiatives, achieving sales, productivity, and MOB targets.
5. Collaborate with store management for optimal visual placement in-store.
6. Develop strong relationships with Beauty Advisors, Store Leadership, District Managers, Beauty Stylists, and Department Managers.
7. Train Fresh selling specialists and store personnel on new product launches and core product categories.
8. Ensure visual merchandising standards are met across Fresh homebays, counters, endcaps, and towers.
9. Foster partnerships with Retailer Teams and Clients, providing service and support during store visits.
10. Communicate regularly with the Field team regarding opportunities for additional training and support.
11. Maintain a regular call cycle to stores and manage schedule and travel efficiently.
12. Utilize company reports and tools to create customized in-store strategies for training and sales.

1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in the beauty industry.
2. Bachelor's Degree preferred.
3. Experience in Sephora, Ulta, and Nordstrom environments preferred.

1. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
2. Proactive approach to client engagement and brand promotion.
3. Ability to motivate others and work collaboratively.
4. Flexibility to travel within the territory.
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Suite.

Minimum of 3 years in the beauty industry, with a preference for experience within Sephora, Ulta, and Nordstrom environments.

Bachelor's Degree preferred.

The salary range for this role is $70,000 - $80,000 USD.
