1. Execute and monitor visual merchandising plans across APAC markets, optimizing product display and visual branding.
2. Liaise with headquarters, internal teams, and boutiques to localize visual merchandising guidelines.
3. Manage seasonal and occasional boutique decorations.
4. Oversee visual merchandising and product display for local events to enhance brand equity.
5. Maintain display tool inventory and manage local visual merchandising production vendors.
6. Monitor and manage the annual visual merchandising budget.
7. Coordinate headquarters-developed branded gifts, including ordering, inventory, and usage tracking.
8. Support regional gift development for local festivals, from creative brief to logistics.
9. Ensure accurate and timely reporting for gift development and festival campaigns.
10. Monitor external agencies, assist in PR and brand activities, organize PR materials, and coordinate reports.
11. Support local events and activations with logistics and on-site coordination.
12. Organize and coordinate advertising materials with headquarters and media agencies, adapting global materials for local markets, and coordinate media reports.
13. Coordinate with external parties to maximize brand exposure and manage brand materials for landlords and partners.
14. Track marketing expenses against planned budgets.
15. Coordinate internal and external parties to facilitate project execution.
16. Provide secretarial support, including payment processing, report consolidation, logistics, and vendor management.

1. Bachelor's degree or above.
2. Minimum 5 years of related experience. Regional exposure is an advantage.

1. Proficient in MS Office.
2. Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
3. Good command of Cantonese, Mandarin, and English.
4. Multi-tasking, capable of handling several tasks simultaneously.
5. Responsible, detail-minded, flexible, and able to work under pressure.
6. Service-oriented, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Minimum 5 years of related experience, with regional exposure being advantageous.

Bachelor's degree or above.
