Fred Quality Control Specialist

1. Conduct quality control across all product phases including qualification, series life, and market flows.
2. Participate in the development of new products and dual sourcing as a key project team member.
3. Perform quality checks during prototyping and pre-series phases, and communicate findings to project teams and suppliers.
4. Define specific quality control criteria in collaboration with the Quality Manager.
5. Act as the primary quality liaison with suppliers and workshops, ensuring adherence to quality standards throughout the product lifecycle.
6. Identify quality risks and implement corrective action plans using problem-solving tools.
7. Coordinate the maintenance of returned or transferred products across various workshops.
8. Manage documentation and adhere to schedules and deadlines.
9. Measure supplier quality performance using KPIs.
10. Ensure effective communication internally and with suppliers.
11. Travel regularly within France and Europe.

1. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a jewelry workshop or quality control in jewelry.

1. Proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
2. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
3. Ability to work autonomously and proactively.
4. Excellent interpersonal and team collaboration skills.
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
6. Valid driver's license.

A minimum of 5 years in a jewelry workshop or quality control role within the jewelry industry is required.

A diploma in Jewelry (CAP, BMA, or DMA) is preferred.
