1. Lead and manage a team of quality controllers, organizing and planning their work.
2. Train and support quality controllers in their professional development, conducting individual performance evaluations.
3. Oversee the Quality budget, including travel and tooling expenses.
4. Define quality milestones for new product development projects and validate prototypes and pre-series production.
5. Conduct 'life series' meetings with Methods and After-Sales Service to address quality issues and implement solutions.
6. Establish a quality assurance system with suppliers, including evaluations, audits, and performance monitoring.
7. Define quality requirements and create a quality charter for suppliers.
8. Regularly visit suppliers in France and abroad to conduct audits and strengthen relationships.
9. Identify and implement key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure quality effectiveness.
10. Raise awareness and involve all company teams in quality issues.
11. Serve as the key contact for suppliers on quality-related matters.
12. Stay informed on regulatory and normative developments and ensure compliance with quality standards.
13. Supervise and centralize information on standards and technological advancements in quality control.

1. Advanced degree in quality, engineering, or jewelry training.
2. Additional workshop training is a plus.

1. Expertise in quality control techniques such as metrology and visual inspection.
2. Ability to analyze data and identify improvement areas.
3. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
4. Attention to detail, organization, and rigor.
5. Proficiency in office software and quality management tools.
6. Curiosity and interest in new technologies and their application in quality.

Significant experience of approximately 5 years in a similar role within the jewelry, watchmaking, or high-quality sectors such as automotive or high-tech industries. Experience in team management and transformation support is required.

Advanced degree in quality, engineering, or jewelry training.
