1. Define and implement the brand's creative strategy in alignment with general and artistic direction.

3. Ensure aesthetic consistency and quality of creations in line with Fred's standards.
4. Lead and develop the creative team, fostering skill enhancement and innovation.
5. Organize and plan studio activities, adhering to timelines and budgets.
6. Guide research phases, including storyboarding, sketching, and prototyping.
7. Conduct ongoing market trend analysis in jewelry, luxury, and fashion sectors.
8. Propose innovative ideas for collections and collaborations aligned with Fred's brand image.
9. Collaborate closely with other company departments such as marketing, sales, and production.
10. Present collections to internal teams and external partners, including press and retailers.
11. Participate in events and trade shows to promote Fred's brand and creations.

1. Minimum of 10 years of experience in a similar role within the luxury fashion or jewelry industry.
