2. Conduct weekly, monthly, seasonal, and annual sales reviews with Brand Ambassadors and store management.
3. Plan and execute in-store sales events and activities in collaboration with store executive teams and the National Events Director.
4. Share insights on business trends, competitive knowledge, and store performance with the Regional Sales Director.
5. Deliver seasonal in-store and virtual training on product knowledge, marketing strategies, and new launches.
6. Coach and develop product specialists in selling skills, customer service, and event execution.
7. Ensure compliance with brand presentation guidelines and complete store checklists regularly.
8. Manage travel expenses, monthly calendars, and expense projections efficiently.
9. Utilize the MFK Backstage App for continuous learning and knowledge updates.
10. Handle monthly store damages and ensure timely reporting.
