1. Develop and implement strategic visions for assigned retailers to enhance sales, profit, and brand image.
2. Coordinate cross-functional teams to align long-term objectives with retailer needs.
3. Negotiate and establish annual commercial agreements with retail partners.
4. Define and implement Joint Business Plans with retailers, reviewing progress quarterly.
5. Set and monitor retail and wholesale targets, adapting strategies as necessary.
6. Prepare and present sales strategy documents for company meetings and retailer presentations.
7. Manage key relationships with retailer headquarters and retail teams.
8. Act as the primary contact for all retailer communications.
9. Develop engagement plans to enhance the reputation of Maison Francis Kurkdjian within retailers.
10. Collaborate with finance to ensure timely resolution of underpayments and budget alignment.

1. Graduate degree
2. Minimum 5 years of relevant sales experience, preferably in the beauty industry
3. Experience in Key Account Management
4. Familiarity with the UK retail marketplace
5. Understanding and appreciation of the luxury goods industry
