1. Achieve retail sales goals or annual productivity targets.
2. Deliver comprehensive customer service, including product information and sales execution during in-store events.
3. Maintain courteous, cordial, and professional communication with customers.
4. Ensure the retail counter area and products are clean, organized, and well-presented.
5. Meet retail sales plan objectives and track productivity as determined by the employer.
6. Respond to customer inquiries regarding the Maison and its product lines.
7. Provide expert consultation for cosmetic shades, skin treatment, makeup application, artistry, and fragrance selection.
8. Resolve customer issues or questions via telephone or written correspondence, including research and preparation of reply.
9. Maintain client registration program, sustain customer relationships, and generate new business through regular communication.
10. Adhere to all retailer policies and practices.
11. Participate in special projects and miscellaneous duties as dictated by business needs.

1. Minimum of 3 years of prestige beauty sales experience.

1. Ability to effectively manage customer expectations and build loyal customer relationships.
2. Excellent organizational skills.
3. Superior written and verbal communication skills.
4. Experience with CRT and aptitude for learning computer-based inventory and order status systems.
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office for Windows and Excel.

A minimum of 3 years in prestige beauty sales is required.

The salary range is $30-$33 per hour, with flexibility to recognize various levels of expertise, performance, and tenure.
