Fendi Visual Merchandising Director

- Develop and maintain strong communication and working relationships with the HQ Visual Merchandising (VM) team.
- Communicate key VM window initiatives to the Greater China VM network.
- Provide artistic direction, support, and solutions to local teams.
- Streamline and consolidate information across all product categories to ensure clear comprehension and application of VM window rotation guidelines.
- Request and compile window photos from each store to review with the China VM team on quality and execution; send photos and feedback to the HQ team after completion of each scheme.
- Regularly implement VM strategies in China stores according to retail strategy.
- Control production with local contractor sourcing in China.
- Update VM guidelines for each store following HQ VM strategy.
- Conduct visual merchandising training and regular in-store training in different cities.
- Build and maintain a visual database from VM activities.
- Control, update, monitor, and manage the VM budget (finance/region/HQ).
- Evaluate, negotiate, and challenge all VM vendor partnerships to optimize spending.
- Efficiently plan, develop, and present strategic budgets that align with the company's long-term vision and support sustainable growth.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, preferably in visual arts, interior design, or a related field.
- Logistical mindset with strong analytical abilities.
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
- Professional expertise in visual merchandising, with a detail- and result-oriented approach.
- Capacity for critical analysis.
A minimum of 10 years of retail visual merchandising experience in a multi-store format is preferred.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, preferably in visual arts, interior design, or a related field.
