1. Participate in daily sales floor activities under the guidance of a Senior Client Advisor.
2. Develop clienteling skills and enhance the selling ceremony approach.
3. Deliver an exceptional customer experience in alignment with the Maison's vision and mission.
4. Ensure customer satisfaction and manage sales to meet store expectations.
5. Identify and address customer issues and requests proactively.
6. Support customer data collection and entry.
7. Contribute to achieving store targets.
8. Lead a dedicated project aligned with store priorities, contributing innovative ideas to drive sales success.
9. Conduct sales, market, and competitor analysis to propose new ideas and strategies.

1. Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, Communication, Design, Fashion & Luxury

5. Accuracy and attention to detail
6. Fluency in English and French; additional languages appreciated

No prior experience required, though experience in luxury goods is advantageous.
